Amazing experience with this company! Very professional and extremely fast quality work. Had an emergency on my old Lennox system where the unit failed catastrophically from my compressor coil quite literally exploding. The warranty had ended since my system was old therefore leaving me to need a new system and quick. Called EDS and within the hour Nicholas the technician was at my house to diagnose the issue. He was very upfront and professional and explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Repair cost was going to be over half the cost of a new system and after a bit of research I found that the price he was giving for repair/replacement of my current system was honest and true for many others who have had the same issue as me. After deciding on replacing the entire system as mine was quite old and agreeing on a very fair price, he made some phone calls and was able to secure an installation the very next morning. Install crew came and had the job done in about 6 hours and made sure to hang around and ensure everything was operating as it should be before leaving and answering any and all questions I had. From having my original system fail to having a completely new system installed less than 24 hours later, I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. All around very pleased with my experience with this company and my technician Nicholas from start to finish. Air conditioner stopped working. Called E.D.S in the morning and had a technician out the same day. Came within the time frame quoted. Diagnosed problem and repaired quickly. Cost was about what is expected in this high inflation economy. Appreciate efficiency and responsiveness. Thank you to Nick D the technician who is always friendly. I should say I have been using E.D.S for at least the last 10 years and they installed this unit 6 years ago and did a phenomenal job with rebuilding and insulating the inside air handler closet when they installed the new one. This company was recommended to me by my son who had used them several times. The Technician Juan arrived well within the time frame I was given. He was courteous and pleasant. He inspected my unit and gave me options I could live with and replaced the motor in my unit within a few hours. He was very neat and respectful of my property inside and out. Hands down, EDS is an excellent company to care for your AC needs. I found them via a google search after the company I was using was sold and replaced with an inferior one. I was impressed with the EDS AC reviews and am so glad I called them. Wesley performed a six month maintenance and check of my two systems. I received and email when he was on his way with a tracking option, along with his photo and a cute bio. Wesley was exceptional in his communication and was very polite and respectful. He told me everything he was going to do and how long it would take. After the service he patiently reviewed everything and showed me what he had found with pictures. Well done Wesley!!!
