Check condenser coil and clean.

Check and adjust blower components.

Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge and add Freon if necessary up to 1 lb.

Check thermostat calibrate & level.

Check operation of safety controls where applicable.

Inspect all electrical connections.

Check voltage and amperage on all motors.

Clean condensate drain line.

Clean electrical contacts.

Lubricate all moving parts where accessible.
